Is Your Social Security Payment Coming This Week? First SSDI Deposit of August 2025 Goes Out

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is set to send out the first round of August 2025 Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) payments this week.

This is an important date for millions of Americans who rely on these benefits for rent, groceries, and other monthly expenses.

Don't miss these multiple benefits for August 2025:

 

August 2025 SSDI Payment Schedule (First Payment)

  • Wednesday, August 13 – for beneficiaries whose birthdays fall between the 1st and 10th of any month.

Payments will continue on the following Wednesdays for later birth dates.

Who Gets These Payments?

  • Retirees – Workers who paid Social Security taxes during their careers

  • People with disabilities – Those who cannot work due to a qualifying condition

  • Family members – Spouses, children, or survivors of eligible retirees or disabled workers
